Moresnet - Florian Legters · 2023
Visual concept and 3D design exploration for a Virtual production filmset for the tv series Moresnet (2024)
As a Concept Artist, I developed cinematic visualizations that unified the vision
across multiple departments. This is a crucial step when working with partially virtual sets.
My concept art translated the -award winning- Production designer's vision into tangible images,
ensuring everyone shared the same creative direction.
Compared to a basic SketchUp screenshot, these visuals communicated atmosphere, scale, and
storytelling potential, helping creatives align.

Set design, Build & Art direction
For this commercial, the challenge was to design a world wrapped in plastic

and integrate naturally with the digital backgrounds. All just in time for Hollywood star Eva Mendez to arrive on set.

Wooden castle, Academy of Architecture · 2024
Handdrawn detail designs for an imagined CLT construction.
During my pre-master in Architecture and Technology at the Academy of Architecture,
we were tasked with creating ten detailed drawings of a building. Developing its
structure and resolving the construction and building physics details ourselves.
I chose to draw everything by hand, reconnecting with the craftsman within me rather than relying solely on digital tools.

Visual concept and 3D design exploration for campaigns.
Anthropomorphic creatures are more engaging to
audiences because they blend familiar human traits with
imaginative, non-human forms, making them both
relatable and intriguing.
These characters often simplify
complex human experiences, making them easier to
understand and connect with.
Ultimately, I believe
anthropomorphic creatures allow audiences to explore
themes like identity and society from a fresh, often more
accessible perspective.
